How did you get into wargaming? Started with the original Dawn of War for PC, then with Dark Crusade I was introduced to the Tau, wanted to see if they had any novels on them, just a couple. Then happened to come across the tabletop game. Been hooked ever since.

How did you get into Tau? Tau were first introduced in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade, they were amazing. Nothing could beat a good Tau fire warrior gun line with Kroot in melee. Plasma rifles could rip apart Space Marines like nothing. And 5 Broadsides and countless Kroot defending my base against a Necron army was quite a sight to behold.

What would be your second piece of advice (after "read the freakin' rules") to a new Tau player? There are more ways to play the Tau than load up on suits, Kroot are your friends, use them well.

What is your Tau colour scheme? Neon green (Scorpion Green), Silver (Boltgun Metal), and Black (Chaos Black)

How did you find this site/the old site, and how long have you been a member? I just googled "tau tactics" and this came up. I'm new to forums in general.

What are the origins of your ATT username? My usual username is Shas'O Vior'la M'yenshi. But that was over 20 characters. So I took out the Shi part. I'm sure many know what it means.

Have you reviewed the ATT Member Primers? Of course.

Where and how often do you usually play? I haven't played much. A few games at my house on my pool table, never at a local store however, not yet at least.

Do you have any other armies, for 40K or another system? Just working on my Tau right now, although I wouldn't mind a White Scars Space Marine army.

What is your favourite and least favourite army to play against? I haven't had much experience playing other armies, only Space Marines.

What is your best and worst 40K moment? Not really in a game, but when I began researching the Tau (tactics and ways to paint) I found there to be little love for the Tau especially with our current codex, that was kind of disappointing, but I aim to make Tau more viable.

What does/do your family/significant other/friends think about your 'funny toys'? My girlfriend supports me in my hobby of W40K. She's bought a couple models for gifts on special occasions. And since we play Dawn of War together, she's been wanting to start a Necron army, and she's super excited about the new models that were announced. My brother on the other hand, thinks everything of W40K is lame. My family doesn't care what they are either way.

What are some of you other interests? Video games, music, and all that jazz people my age like.

Do you have any pets? Yes, 3 dogs and just got a little kitten yesterday.

What is your favourite band? Evergreen Terrace, Norma Jean, August Burns Red in a 3 way tie.

Sounds a lot like me. I have to agree with you that there are more things to do than battle suit brawl. But it is fun.
