How did you get into wargaming? Brother in Law

How did you get into Tau? Always loved Mechs, and tau had the best look out of all the 40K races.

What is your Tau colour scheme? Gundam colours

How did you find this site/the old site, and how long have you been a member? I have gone on this site many times, I never created a login before just lurked through the forums, but i felt now is the time to start posting and responding to other tau players.

What are the origins of your ATT username? Characters name for a lot of my games including WoW

Where and how often do you usually play? I don't play my army too often, I am constantly building and converting my tau army. although i usually just participate at my local GW for their special events. I'm a fairly casual tau player.

Do you have any other armies, for 40K or another system? just starter kit stuff, so some space marine stuff and orcs. besides tau i havent really found another army i would want to play.

What is your favourite and least favourite army to play against? not a fan of playing against necrons, but I do like going against orcs. I try to play with as many crisis suits as possible so its fun burning all the orc hordes down.

What is your best and worst 40K moment? My Farsight Bomb failing miserably. Couldn't believe how bad my rolls were. Best moments are usually with while I'm converting some of my pieces. I love having a unique army and the tau allow me the flexibility to convert to my skill level.

What does/do your family/significant other/friends think about your 'funny toys'? Brother in Law also collects, my wife doesn't like all the rules for 40K but loves the models thinks they are pretty cool.

What are some of you other interests? love playing hockey, video games, comics, movies. most things really.

Do you have any pets? 2 cats, one male one female.

What is your favourite band? Weezer. I have been to many of their concerts and they have always been amazing.

Welcome to ATT! Good to see you read the Primers as we take them very seriously here in our community. You are right, Tau do have the best look out of all the armies. Uniformity and their Japanese influenced design. Necrons aren't so bad, I have a friend with 6k of em and he fairs pretty well, but still hasn't beaten my Tau yet. Just like fighting a marine army, shoot shoot shoot! Hope to see more from you and enjoy your stay among us.

Good to see another Canadian in the mix! Are you east or west? Which is the best Weezer album?

Best weezer album would obviously be Blue and Pinkerton, however Weezer has had many hit songs since then. I really enjoyed their last album but the first 2 have many favourites.

Good call on the album choices. I think that the blue album was better as a whole—if I think Weezer, I think "Buddy Holly," the sweater song, and "Holiday." But Pinkerton holds a special place in my heart. "Tired of Sex" and "Pink Triangle" are just great songs. I also love "Suzanne," from the Mallrats soundtrack.
