How did you get into wargaming?
Had space hulk when I was like 5, didn't know what any of it was till I walked past a shop one day... been playing since then.
How did you get into Tau?
I used to run a club and people started coming in with them, the battle suits got me and I chose to take them on, stopped playing a few years ago to goto Uni
What would be your second piece of advice (after "read the freakin' rules") to a new Tau player?
Read them again... Im still terrible with rules and game play..

Bleached bone, black, desert yellow, random marking colours and inks

Did have Iron Warriors and Eldar but sold now, had a few in the past.

Fav: Imperial Guard, Least: Tyradnid or Specialist Space marine armies like Space wolves or Red Scars

A large 8v8 game we had at our club once.

Family: waste of money, Friends: don't know what they do but they look cool.

Hey, I'm Chris, I used to play years ago and ran a couple of clubs in the past but recently went to University and kind of left GW gaming behind, but recently discovered and liberated my Tau from my garage and Im getting interested again, although im fairly sure ive forgotten most of the rules but im saving up to get the new rulebook and any new models/codex's on the horizon...
Loving the forum, some great advice and modelling peices, Im still saving and looking for cheaper Tau parts to built a Titan but thats a long way off.
