How did you get into wargaming?
Always wanted to, but only the last few years I found others who wanted to start up too. So we all started up together

How did you get into Tau?
I'm a huge fan of Technology... And the whole Socialistic/Communistic feel of the Tau Empire's 'fluff'

What would be your second piece of advice (after "read the freakin' rules") to a new Tau player? "Crisis Suits"

What is your Tau colour scheme?
Brown and Orange

How did you find this site/the old site, and how long have you been a member?
Google, only been a member for about... I dunno, 20 minutes? Haha

Haven't gotten that far yet

Where and how often do you usually play?
Friend's place. Since there's usually 4 of us willing to play at any given moment, couple times a week if our personal lives cooperate

Do you have any other armies, for 40K or another system?
Black Templar

What is your favourite and least favourite army to play against?
Favourite: hmm... Going to have to say Space Marines
Least Favourite: Orks...

What is your best and worst 40K moment?
Best: (Wasn't a Tau moment, but) when I took down a Chaos Sorcerer in CC because he had to roll 2 fearless wounds, had two wounds left, and rolled two ones... Was the epic turning point of that game.
Worst: realizing Orks can traverse the table REALLY fast...

What does/do your family/significant other/friends think about your 'funny toys'?
Generally indifferent. It's a hobby, friends/family seem to respect that.

What are some of you other interests?
Video games, investigating new technologies, biking, etc.,

Do you have any pets?
2 cats... with a hella lot of attitude

What is your favourite band?
Toss up between Disturbed and Static-X.

I'm by no means a new Tau player, but I am new to these forums, and have decided to join the community! Hopefully to learn new combat tactics, and have somewhere to fall back for rule clarification if the need ever arises.
