![]() 1. Front of battlesuit (My painting skill is not good. Need more training.) 2. Turn on a switch 3. Back pack (I use Skull White spray but I've make very huge mistakes. I'd touched the model during painting.) 4. Red eye Well, I think this work is very hard because battlesuit is a lot smaller than the gunships. I used drills, a hobby knife, and soldering iron for putting LEDs in my battlesuit. LEDs are good for battlesuits but I think painting skill is a little more important than LEDs. :

Thanks for reply. This is my proto type of LED crysis. I want to make more battlesuit but here Korea rated very high exchange rate and model price had been twiced. That makes hard to buying another battlesuit :

This is awesome, looks kind of scary with that one glowing eye and about your painting skills - they only get better.

wow while the single red LED is nice, the LED that i am freaking out about is the one in that 'flower' on the base, it just looks amazing. Quote: LED is good for battlesuit but I think painting skill is important than LED :| ha ha, when you are doing things that are this creative and excellent, i don't think many people are going to look too closely at your painting. and aside from the front chest plate, your paint job looks good. |

Looking very nice! I'm busy working on an illuminated Hammerhead, should be interesting to see how this goes down in preperation for posting mine. Also, the red LED.... Looks fantastic. Seems to remind me of when ol' spark went bad (for the Halo fans out there) Link |

Awesome electronic work! I enjoy the pose very much, and great job hiding the wires also! @Fraggle: I wish I was packing a fusion blaster against 'ol Sparky...that would have gotten him out of my face real quick

i have to say, i looked again at this and: the LED really look great, when they are on the people will look at the LEDs and won't notice you still evolving skills what i try to say is that the LEDs make it look better and your skills get better with time (and arent so bad actually right now) |

Give him a bit of leeway Abe, he is Korean; they have different symbols for letters, whereas us western lot all use the same alphabet

First of all, I want to congratulate you. The LED in the head and on the base are very impressive. Well done. Second, I'll be waiting impatiently for your How-to guide. Keep up the good work

Looks great and I love the LEDs, but you really should thin your paints to get rid of the got-painted-after-a-trip-through-the-concrete-mixer look. |

I like the idea of lighting suits up, it appeals to my magpie aspect. I have, in my idle moments (of which I have a few) considered using an LED in the base and using fibre optic cables to shunt the light to the eye, the double-bump lenses/lights on the battlesuit chest and the weapons. If you carefully drilled and plumbed the fibre optic cables, they'd just look like power couplings, and one small LED could run as many lights as you wanted... |

Brilliant work! Looking forward to your "how-to" guide. I'm planning much the same for my hammerheads, but I hadn't thought about XV8s. If you want to fix the front of your Crisis suit, get some sandpaper and gently sand back the rough parts of your paintwork, then repaint it. That will help smooth out the worst of the faults. |
