Hey acording to this article http://advancedtautactica.com/viewtopic.php?f=52&t=19986 it seem that the odds of getting a precision shot increases with lower ballistic skill. Now I maybe missing something here but does that mean our HRR is more effective at assassinations while moving and taking snap shots?
