Your painting skills are not bad at all my friend.
I would not have chosen that color scheme particularly, but your technique does not seem ill developed at all. Don't sell yourself short. =)
Also, nice Battle Fleet Gothic ships you have there. Have you put them through some combat trials or did you just collect them for the funzies?
I have a Custodian I bought just because I liked the model, but now that I am considering playing I am not sure what is a must have for a tau fleet.

Annyeo ngha seyo! - means "Hello" (Hoping that I've written it good atleast from phonetic point of view. ) Thanks for appreciation for my painting thou I'm still frustrated about slow development. About BFG I'm so called veteran here >>> I'm one from few people who actually played 2 (yes two) times, here where I am. At low points You need to have at least 2 Protectors and 8 Castelans and maybe one Mesenger from GW Tau fleet. One good piece of advice - in BFG Tau are really strong in Ordance (torpedos and Mantas). I'm building BFG fleet mostly because I really would like to justify presence of my troops on the battlefield. While I'll finish this project I'm starting with Areonautica Imperialis, Tau Air force. Shame that there are no more Epic models at Forgeworld. Leigabar

I'm really digging those Dark Angels-style wings on your commander. Nice touch.

Cześć! Dobrze widzieć jeszcze kogoś z naszej pięknej Polski! [Hi! It's good to see somebody from our beautiful Poland!] So your XV15 look good, I think it can go on for the rest of the team. Yor painting also is good, don't worry about Galleries - those are the best painted models. You may try to make your highlights a bit more delicate, though if you like that style, stick to it. After reading through some ATT articles you'll find your painting progress amazingly. Especially if you paint, and not sit and just play them. I really like your Kroots, and color scheme for Tau looks fine. I'm also under impression on your BFG. Keep up & powodzenia [good luck]!

Nie ma to jak Polska Siła XD (Nothing like a Polish Power)
Those Battlesuit's look great but my piece of advice is, on larger models with big surfaces ( the crisises, space marines pauldrons, etc) thin your paints with 1:2 or 1:3 water ( one part water, and the later paint). They will look less "bulky" that way.
Btw, I LUV the second cape 'Ui ^^

Jeszcze jeden Polak! [Next Pole!] Thanks for comment. This suits will stay as they are due to the fact that I would like see if I'm actually making some progress. I would like receive some feedback about glowing effect at plasma. Is it good? Also I've started some project called "SCOR" - count as Kroot knarlock riders. I'm hoping that next month I will be able to post some photos already. Also I'm in process on creating solid fluff for Poachers but until I will be finally able to model 12 Gue'va it's rather fluid concept. B.Regards, Leigabar

Ooh, I'm really diggin' that Broadside. Most Broadsides tend to have a static pose because of the metal parts in the kit, but yours is dynamic and really brings the suit to life. All of the little subtle conversions are nicely integrated, but I'm not so keen on the chaos spikes in his left hand; they don't really suit the Tau aesthetic. Nice Astartes base as well, looks like a suitably "aged" corpse with the skull (I think it's a skull, hard to tell in the pictures ) and the hollow-looking, chipped armor shell. You are painting that poor man in the colors of you local marine player, right?

Some Marine bits do a surprisingly good job of blending, but I don't know if i've ever seen that part used before. I almost lost that Marine in the flock and blood .
