Based on mageboltrat’s positional concept on Warseer, however these are refined into more uniform themes and added curvaceousness. If you wish to host these files on another site; please credit both the artist and websites they originate from (AdvancedTauTactica.com & Eastern-Empire.com) Thank you.

Oh my goodness, these are beautiful! I really enjoy the colors; they really fit the Tau aesthetic. Thank you for making these!
Who knew that there were games other than standard 40K!

Thanks everyone, enjoyable project that Rev brought up in the officers forum. Couldn't resist the challenge, ended up quite enthusiastic in my efforts.. even made a fancy hex-chart to work out the cards -exactly- haha. I'm going to try out a couple of games myself now too, see if it is as good/bad as folks make out. - Tael.

The thing I really like about the game is that it is all about trying get into the head of your opponent, predict what maneuvers he's going to make and then make your own counter maneuvers. In that regard, I think Forge World did a good job of simulating a dogfight.

It is also quite challenging to get the manoeuvring right too. One of the scenarios requires you to land a troop carrier and then take off again. Sounds simple, yes? Try it, remembering that if you move off the board at any time your aircraft is gone.
If anyone remembers the 3-D chess board in Star Trek which Spock and Kirk liked to play on, AI is akin to that. IMHO it is great fun, and quite challenging to try and outwit/out-think your opponent in order to be where you think he is going to be next turn so that you can shoot *him* down before he shoots *you* down. Airforce fans will like this game.

These look fabulous. I have one question though. On the first page, the 'Power Dive', shouldn't it be ( A-1 ) as its a dive?

Hate to break it to you, but there's a know/now error in the fourth panel.

Maybe it's a bit hard to read since the card is shown sideways (which makes it easier for the mind's eye to overlook)1337 , but the rule for the power dive is actually -D3 altitude +1, which you can see on the card. Hopefully that helps clear things up.

Thanks Militant, appreciated. Hope they being enjoyed this weekend - shooting down alien scum for the Greater Good. I'm finding some time in my schedule to do Orks in the near future. No immediate promises; my Gantt Chart looks like a Garage Band 16 track mix.
