Very nice, clean-cut scheme. I like how the stealth's paintjobs just roll on to them. I like the DF commander's base too, but maybe for the carbine you should have made it sideways, and not just jutting out.

I like how the lights on the stealth suits seem to glow against the dark suit color. nice job.

I do like the blue screen gem effects you have done, nice work on those and they really stand out on the armour.

Though the marking colour is a little too close and can be visually confusing.

Thank you  Tael I didn't think about that :-? ( had really liked how the first one turned out I got a bit carried away :) ) what would be a good color to use in the future? I'm assuming not the same ice blue as the markings

Foal,
Good clean work, very subtle.
Your Stealths look omniously spooky with that glowing blue against the green armour.

Blazing Orange would contrast well against the green but you may prefer a more low visibility scheme.

Interesting 'rocks' you're using are they moisture absorbing crystals or lumps of quartz?

Its just rock salt ;) my first unit of Fire warriors are based the same and I had to be very careful not to get them to wet or they melt so once they are glued into place I varnished them then used paint on gloss to give them a crystal-like sheen

I do have a good bit of quartz and other rocks and crystals but I just cant bring myself to gluing them to my miniatures

Well, I don't know how to really advise you on highlighting. What colour is the basecoat on your Stealth Suits? Dark Angels Green like mine?

Here is an example of my completed Stealth Suit Team.

If you are indeed using Dark Angels Green, you can highlight the edges of the armor plates with Snot Green. Not too much though as we don't want the highlights to be THAT obvious. Just enough to give a more 3D look.

So far it looks great Faol, as for the highlighting suggestions, this may be a little tedious, but its how I got the xv15 effect on my Delta Green suits. Here it goes.

Snot Green works well on a Dark Angels base for highlighting, wetblend the snot green from your highlighted edges/sources, then use a dark angels wash over each layer, once you've achieved your layered highlighted effect, you then edge the overly lit corners with a white/snot mix or drybrushed scorp green.. it will create a very nice and effective technique.

As for the catachan green, try adding a touch of white to your mix, wetblend and repeat until you reach your highlight threshold your wanting.
